It has been my pleasure to be involved in the coaching of Chyenne Pump for the past 3 years. Her work ethic is beyond all others and her attentiveness and attitude at practice make her that “coachable” player that everyone desires. Chyenne never misses a practice unless she is on her death bed. She will sometimes attend extra practices each week and never seems to tire of going to the gym (whether to practice or simply work out). Chyenne continues to work hard every day to be the strongest player possible and develop her skill set.
Chyenne always strives to do her best, whether it pertains to school or volleyball. As an honor roll student and president of her freshman class, she will be an asset to any college campus. Chyenne is a beautiful young lady and she will push herself to achieve success in whatever career path she chooses.

Chyenne is a very strong and determined young athlete! Always working hard on and off the court to be the very best she can be. Chyenne is a skilled competitor and great teammate who has always shown great respect for her coaches!

Chyenne is one of the HARDEST working athletes I have seen in my 6 years of coaching. She always gives 110% and is constantly striving to improve herself and her team. She has great court awareness not only on her team's side, but she can read the opponent's court and make intelligent plays that result in points. She has great serving skills with a variety of speed and placement. Her play at the net whether offensively or defensively is critical for our team's success in winning. She is not afraid to hit the floor to make a play happen. Chyenne came in as a freshman with this attitude and continues to lead her team as a junior. Without her presence on the court the team struggles.
Chyenne's personality is unique! She has a dry sense of humor and it is one that I have grown to enjoy. I can joke around with her and not worry if I have said something to hurt her feelings. She is always positive on the court and in the classroom. She encourages the younger players to always try their best. She constantly keeps cheering the team on even during a discouraging loss. She does get frustrated with herself and her teammates at times, but she has the ability
to turn the negative into a positive. She doesn't dwell on the mistake, instead she looks ahead to the next play or the next opportunity to score a point. She is a member of several school clubs such as the Fellowship Of Christian Athletes, Beta Club, Spanish Club, Spirit Club and Math Club. She has assisted me with several youth camps and has a great connection, and coaching ability, with the elementary age. Chyenne is truely a unique, driven student-athlete.
